The county's largest open studio event

Devon artists are once again opening their studios to the public during September for this annual feast of art. The event runs from Saturday 3rd September to Sunday 18th September this year and showcases some of the best art in Devon.

Devon Open Studios is the flagship project of Devon Artist Network and largest event of its kind in the county. In our last event in 2010, we showed work by over 260 artists in 133 venues across the county. It is one of the highlights of Devon's cultural calendar and runs over 16 days each September attracting visitors from across the South West and beyond.

It is a unique opportunity to meet artists in their studios in some of the most beautiful, unexplored parts of Devon. In addition to being able to buy art direct from the creator, many demonstrate, give talks or give you a chance to have a go.
